My career began as an engineer in the manufacturing industry where I created software tools to enhance machine monitoring and plant efficiency oversight. This eventually led to a transition from manufacturing to full-time freelance consulting in software development, DevOps, and cloud architecture. Clients began to ask for comprehensive AWS account and infrastructure reviews. Through this experience, I realised just how many clients struggle with AWS cost management, despite their best intentions and expertise (you’re not alone!). Cloud cost oversight is challenging and time consuming and I become the go to resource to help save companies thousands of dollars. Beyond the world of technology, I enjoy riding my motorcycle, getting tapped out in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and undertaking the occasional woodworking project.
